Peter is Principal of Leadership Education Australia a highly specialised business focusing on strategic leadership, executive coaching and mentoring, and leadership development. Peter lectures in the Queensland University of Technology Master of Business Administration Program in Leadership and Strategy.

Dr CAROL DALGLISH

Carol is Senior Lecturer with the Brisbane Graduate School of Business in the Faculty of Business at the Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane. She has taught, studied and consulted in Australia, England, South Africa, Mozambique, Denmark, Hong Kong, Thailand and Canada. She has published widely in the areas of cross cultural education, managing change and leadership development and is author of 4 books on leadership, cross cultural issues and education. Carol’s current teaching and research include: leadership, leadership development, teaching international students and small enterprise development.

Carol has consulted widely within the public and private sectors in the areas of change management, leadership development, ethics and coaching.

Carol has an Arts Degree from Natal University in South Africa, Masters and Doctoral Degrees in Social Policy from Cranfield University of Technology in Britain and a Graduate Diploma in Educational Administration from London University.  She was awarded a Commonwealth Relations Trust bursary to study adult and refugee education in Hong Kong, was visiting Fellow with Griffith University, a Teaching Fellow at QUT and she has won a number of teaching awards at QUT.

Graham is a Leadership and Business Coach based in Brisbane. His style is practical and result oriented, assisting clients to achieve enhanced performance in their area of business.

Approach

Through his coaching consultancy, Leadership Pathways, Graham provides coaching for corporate managers, professionals, community service leaders, and owners of various small business enterprises. Graham's coaching assignments have included leadership development; effective communication; building teams; improving staff engagement; implementing performance feedback and strategic planning of business.

Experience

Graham brings a broad range of life and work experience to his coaching relationships. Following his career as an electrical engineer, he gained a solid background in adult learning and development during eight years as Training Manager for a national community services organisation. In this role he also developed and implemented a coaching program for key managers of the organisation in Australia and New Zealand. He also has experience in a wide range of community services for families and youth.

Graham currently provides coaching for managers in Suncorp and executives in Qld Health. He is also a facilitator for Qld Health Inspiring Leadership program. Through business coaching he is familiar with the challenges in industries such as manufacturing, retail, transport, and advertising as well as the legal profession. Graham is actively involved in conducting research into coaching effectiveness in partnership with the Australian Institute of Management and QUT.

Qualifications

Graham is a Certified Master Coach with the Behavioural Coaching Institute and a Suncorp Accredited Leadership Coach. He holds accreditations with DiSC and Insight Inventory. He has a Master of Education (Adult Education and Training); a Bachelor of Engineering (1st Class honours); a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training; and a Certificate in Community Services.

He is currently completing a Master of Business at QUT. Graham is also a Justice of the Peace.

Robyn has 20 years experience as a senior manager and now heads up her own company, Interactive Support Network, specializing in Corporate Training, Life and Executive Coaching and Facilitation.

One of Interactive Support Network's major accounts is with QUT and Queensland Health delivering the NHS Leadership Framework to managers and supervisors. She also consults to Southern Cross Care Qld, a major company in the Aged Care market, assisting them with marketing issues in a rapid growth industry.

Through Leadership Education Australia in conjunction with QUT, Robyn works with Queensland Government Departments as a Premiers Department Preferred Supplier in the areas of Executive Coaching and Training.

She has consulted widely in communication, marketing and facilitation over the last 20 years to a range of companies including the media, professional sporting organisations and businesses in Queensland, such as: Cannon, Southern Cross Care Qld, QUF Industries, Energex, Baskin Robbins, Golden Casket Qld, and ICTE with The University of Queensland.

Robyn uses her creative and practical expertise to work with organisations and individuals to enhance their own effectiveness.

Ian Lightbody with an MBA and currently undertaking a Masters in Education focusing on Executive Coaching, is a highly experienced school educator.

Janet Venturini with an education and business background runs a highly successful educational business bringing International students to study in Australia.

Tenneil Ubell is a Psychologist who consults widely in the area of organisational psychology.

Dr Cheryl Kerr, with a background in the sciences, arts and education who is a senior H.R. consultant and currently completing her second PhD.

Deb Verner is an educational psychologist who holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource management and clearly understands the needs and aspirations of individuals within organisational structures.

Helen Sherrell, with a Masters degree in Psychology is a senior Organisational Development Consultant

Glenys Drew brings an extensive experience as a senior educationalist who has worked with senior mangers producing highly effective outcomes for organisations.

Pravesh Daya is a senior Financial Advisor with a strong business background and understanding of contemporary business issues.

Peter Francis comes from a scientific background expressed through many years as a senior public servant and offers insight into the machinations and capabilities of the public service.
