Otis Australia required a coaching program developed for their executive and senior staff Australia wide that encouraged and facilitated the development and retention of staff within the organisation. Following the development of a coaching program, Leadership education Australia ran a series of coaching training programs for the executive and senior staff based on the corporate coaching manual developed specifically for Otis Australia. The training consisted of a series of one day training programs which included hands on coaching experience and exposure to the range and depth of experiences a corporate coaching program requires. Within the Otis structure, a management structure and review and evaluation process was established to ensure the on-going development of the program for Otis Australia. |
The Colorado Group requested a coaching manual and brief training program for the executive to encourage them to consider coaching less senior staff in the culture and organisational protocols of The Colorado group.
The Queensland University of Technology Engineering Faculty requested a mentoring program for the Professoriate to encourage the development and retention of junior academic staff. The development of a manual and the conduct of a training program for the Professoriate was conducted and on-going support and involvement has backed up the initial program.

Coaching is becoming a major tool of the HR function and this program offered participants the potential to further understand and to develop their own skills in the field of coaching. |
