About Leadership Education Australia

Leadership Education Australia was founded in response to constant demand for leadership and coaching services. Various organisations, individuals, and MBA students would ask if we could offer something that would add value to their organisation or to their personal journey. 

Through organisations such as Origin Energy, Otis Elevators, General Motors Thailand, and Blue Steel we realised we had a unique offering in our highly personalised and tailoring approach to our clients.

Our reputations in executive coaching led to a request to provide a course in executive coaching for a group of highly skilled individuals who over the course of time became colleagues and friends. That group, with some other highly talented individuals became the team with Leadership Education Australia.

What drives us is the excitement at seeing an individual or an organisation achieve their potential. We spend inordinate time tailoring our work to ensure that at the end of the day the goals of the individual or organisation are being realised.

In 2006 we played a major role with Queensland University of Technology in winning and commencing the delivery of a two year leadership development program for Queensland Health.
